2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup

After signing up for our services, a Fetch and Clean representative will contact you to arrange your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire process.

3. Attach Payment Method

Billing is processed on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a credit/debit card. Once you agree with the quoted price, Fetch and Clean will generate your invoice and email you a receipt. Please note, if payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, your service will be paused, and you will be removed from the schedule.

What Happens on Your Service Day

On your service day, you can count on our professional and punctual Fetch and Clean® team to deliver a spotless yard with every visit.

Arrival Notification

Our friendly Fetch and Clean® technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. While you don’t need to be home during the service, we ask that you provide easy access to the cleaning areas and ensure that no aggressive dogs are left outside. This helps us deliver a smooth and efficient service for everyone.

Your professional Fetch and Cleaner will arrive and begin cleaning up all the dog waste. Fetch and Clean® team members follow a specific route to ensure no dog waste is missed. To guarantee a thorough job, our team will walk your yard multiple times, making sure it’s completely clean and free of any leftover mess.

After the cleanup is complete, we’ll neatly bag the waste and place it in your designated trash can. If a trash can isn’t available, the waste will be double-bagged and placed at the side of your home. This straightforward process ensures your yard remains clean and fresh without any added hassle for you.

Once your yard is free of dog waste, your Fetch and Clean technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to confirm that no dogs can accidentally escape. Our team will then disinfect all scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade cleaner to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all dogs.
